Jewellery (Necklaces/Earrings)
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on any jewellery products, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.*
Growth Cards
Growth cards may be returned within 14 days after having been received, as long as they are in their original packaging and undamaged. Please get in touch with us via email wheremeadowsgrow@gmail.com to let us know prior to sending your order back. We are not liable for any returns getting lost and will not be able to process a refund until the goods have been received and inspected.
For your own peace of mind we would therefore strongly recommend to return any eligible items via a trackable service.

Stitchmarkers & other Accessories

Faulty/Damaged Products*
Upon arrival
Please check all your orders upon arrival (Packaging and content)and contact us with pictures via email: wheremeadowsgrow.com within 24hours if there are any issues/damages to the product(s), so we can check and resolve this for you.
Within 21 days
If there are any issues with your order within 21 days of receiving your goods, please get in touch with us via email: wheremeadowsgrow@gmail.com for further information.
Important: Any products, which are returned without arranging it with us first, cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
Faulty RefundsÂ
In the case of an approved return of a faulty product, we will cover the costs for you. Just send us a copy of the receipt via email: wheremeadwosgrow@gmail.comÂ
Please make sure that the return is sent via a trackable service, for your own peace of mind.
Once the goods are with us, your refund for the faulty return& postage costs will be processed within 1-3 days upon arrival and automatically go back to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank this should be visible in your account within 5-10 working days. If there are any issues and you still have not received the funds after 14 working days, please email wheremeadowsgrow@gmail.com
Replacements
As most of our products are one of a kind and collections are created exclusively/seasonally , we are unable to offer direct replacements at the time.
