General
All our orders are shipped from the UK via a trackable Royal Mail Service
Ready-to-ship products should be dispatched within 1-3 business days from when the order has been placed (weekends and bank holidays excluded).

For more details, please get in touch with me directly, as this may vary (depending on the size and design of the order).
Once the order is on its way, you should receive a notification via email, which will also include your tracking number.
UK Delivery
All our UK orders are shipped via a trackable Royal Mail Service, with a delivery aim of 1-3 working days (weekends/ bank holidays excluded), from dispatch.
Orders from £75.00 qualify for free deliveryÂ
Delayed UK Delivery
In the rare event of an order taking a little bit of extra time, please feel free to reach out if you haven't received anything after 7 working days ( bank holidays/ weekends excluded).We will get in touch with the delivery company for more information and try to resolve it as quickly as possible for you.
EU Delivery
We currently do not offer shipping to the EU but are working hard to reintroduce it as soon as possible.

US Delivery
All US orders are shipped via a trackable Royal Mail Service, with a delivery aim of 5-7 working days.
Please note that I ship orders from the UK. Your parcel might therefore be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses.
(Due to the introduction of Tariffs, there will be a charge added to your purchase at checkout. This charge can slightly vary, depending on the product and amount of items you purchase.)
I do not have any control over these charges and am also unable to predict their amount unfortunately.
You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition.

Delayed US Delivery
Delivery can sometimes take a little bit longer, due to the processing time ( Customs) and other factors (weather conditions etc), which we have no control over. If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated time frame, please let us know, so we can get in touch with the delivery Company for more information.
If your order is still not with you after 21 working days from dispatch, please let us know, so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Worldwide Delivery
All orders going to the Rest of the World are shipped via a trackable Royal Mail Service.
