The Meadow Shawl- Made to Order

This listing is for 1x Made to Order Meadow Shawl, designed and handknitted by me, in your chosen colour.

Yarn base:
BFL Fingering (None Super washed*) and lovingly hand-dyed with natural plant materials by the wonderful Katie from Elliott and May.
*None Superwash means that the yarn has not undergone a superwash treatment, which removes the outer scales of the yarn that causes the yarn to felt when machine washed.

The wool, made from the Blue Face Leicester sheep, is made in Britain and known for its  soft and lustrous feel as well as its durability. 

Choose from colours:
Blush pink
Dusky Pink
Pale Yellow

Timeframe
The current timeframe, from the order being placed to when your Shawl will be shipped, is 5 weeks (per shawl)

Care Instructions:
Gently handwash in cool/warm water and dry garments flat and out of direct sunlight to prevent undue fading.
Many natural dyes are sensitive to varying PH and mineral levels, so it's recommended that a PH neutral soap is used when laundering your shawl.
